On the morning of February 26, 2022, the first vertical line of cooperation between Weiye Group and Debelle, consisting of 60 Debelle powder guns, was started and debugged.
The task received by Debelle is to complete the project on the specified date, install it in the designated location, ensure normal production, and meet the on-site chain speed. Debelle engineers, with the determination of "customer first, we can", have perfectly delivered the answer sheet and successfully completed the trial production in one go. How to quickly complete the renovation of old lines?
Under the requirement of "organizing and dismantling the old, keeping the good and discarding the bad, installing them on the front line, and purchasing them separately if the number of guns is insufficient", the Debel engineering team overcame difficulties and worked hard for 5 days. They carried out circuit allocation and parts repair on site, successfully repairing a total of 30 old guns, greatly exceeding customer expectations and saving procurement costs. They were praised by the Weiye management department.
